Anybody into it? I'm thinking about doing it. I tried it a couple times and it's kind of fun.

I would not say that im "into it" by I have one and me and my dad go some times. It can be alot of fun but just like offroading there are laws about where you can do this too.
We went on some land Near White Cloud a few years ago it was an old Logging town named Allytown, the town had burn to the ground around 1890. I found an old set of Steel Knuckle Dusters (brass knuckles).

My brother and I picked up one for my Dad. It's a pretty hardcore model. We have found a ton of stuff. My backyard was a goldmine, minus the whole gold part.

My brother and I used to go out detecting with my dad. We had two underwater detectors, it was a lot of fun. Found piles of rings and watches on the beaches.

I'm thinking about getting one. But, I don't want to if I end up selling it to some loser on GL4x4 for 1/2 of what I paid for it due to lack of use.

I was thinking of this. I'm a diver so a submersible would be a must. I was stopped from buying by ignorance of the products. What is quality and what is not. does it make a big difference? general buying info. do you have any advice?

Based on my quest for my property lines, I might bein the market for one as well.

Anyone recommend anything?

I have seen decent reviews of the bounty hunter tracker IV, at 1/3 to 1/2 the price of that garrett above..
