Default Halloweenie '06 Wellsville, OH

Hi everyone. We're gearing up once again for Halloweenie. I know some people on this board, Grandman, and others have attended in past years. Thought I'd let everyone know about this years event. Below is the flyer we have been handing out with links for more info. Of course you can post any questions here and I'll be more than happy to answer.

Last year we had 112 Jeeps along with their drivers and passengers. It was a great time!

I'd also like to mention that we no longer base our trail ride out of the FOrbidden Zone campground. We decided it was just too hard to get in and out of, especially if you are towing your rig. We now base out of the Highlandtown Fire Department which is very near by. There is plenty of room for camping, a pavilion, and it's easy to get your rigs in and out. There are stores w/in walking distance too. The fire dept. also provides us with a hose for washing off, etc... It's 2000% better than Forbidden Zone!

The logo shown on this flyer will change slightly from the one that will be on the stickers, shirts and hoodies. The final one will have an orange Jeep :)

Anyway...just wanted to pass along the info. Hope to see you guys there!

-Jason

It really is a good time. I hope you guys can make it.

Yogi, do you have any prizes you hand out @ Pig Gig? If so, LMK. I'll send you a couple of free admissions to HW to give out.

I went last year and it was an absolute blast...except the whole part about my alternator dying. It wasn't fun trying to make it to autozone before they closed, only to find out they didn't ahve my alternator in stock. Other than that, it was a lot of fun.

thanks for the links, looks like a good time. At first I was thinking where in Ohio would they have good trails (I'm to use to driving I-75 thru Ohio). But then I looked you up on mapquest and realized it was eastern Ohio, much more terain over their than near I-75.

Just one question
Why weren't people dressed up for halloween on the trails??? Or did I just miss them??? I think it should be mandatory to be in costume while wheeling

I'd like to go down, looks like a good time, but I just found out our October trip is being pushed from the 5th to the 11th weekend so that may be to soon for another trip for me .

Have fun & get those peeps in costume .

Default Convoy?

It might be a little early but I was wondering if anyone is heading down for the Detroit or Toledo area and would like to convoy? I need to put in for time off soon and was thinking about leaving early Thrusday (Oct 12th) afternoon.
