Default The Perfect Plan

Let me get this straight. We're going to be gifted with a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it, to be signed by a president who also hasn't read it and who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke.

What could possibly go wrong ??

Agreed.. But what is the solution until people have self respect and quit asking for Gubment handouts? I think the masses that work and fend for themselves are screwed. Sucks but I don't know what else to say...

At the least, can we get it turned upside down the way it should be?

Forget it. People have been conditioned to accept gov't handouts. They have entitlement mentality. This will not change. At least, not easily or fast.
Learn to accept it and make your plans accordingly.

AP WASHINGTON Hours after President Barack Obama signed historic health care legislation, a potential problem emerged. Administration officials are now scrambling to fix a gap in highly touted benefits for children.

Obama made better coverage for children a centerpiece of his health care remake, but it turns out the letter of the law provided a less-than-complete guarantee that kids with health problems would not be shut out of coverage.

Under the new law, insurance companies still would be able to refuse new coverage to children because of a pre-existing medical problem, said Karen Lightfoot, spokeswoman for the House Energy and Commerce Committee, one of the main congressional panels that wrote the bill Obama signed into law Tuesday.

I have full faith in Obama. He will see that this is fixed.
