Default Newer Ford Dana axles

Can the unit bearings from a Dodge or Chevy be used to convert the Ford metric bolt pattern to SAE? If not, is there an aftermarket company like Currie or DTS that will have such an animal?

I wanted to know in case I come across a good deal on a super duty front axle and be able to run standard style rims.
