Default JcrOffroad's new Tube Bender!

We finally broke down and could no longer take using our ProTools setup any longer! We were looking for something more automated, quicker setup and removal, and better bend quality.

We found all of those features in the baileigh RDB-250, so we called up Shane and got this puppy on it's way! We have been using the bender for about 8 days and it has really been a great new addition to our shop. Works great with Bend Tech, stores lots of programs and allows Nuzzy to get sh!t done faster so he can work on other things

Let's just say the number has 5 figures. This is manufacturing grade piece of equipment, certainly not cheap.

We had to sell Nuzzy into slavery. I feel it was worth it.

I can't see how the cost is any of our business. But I'm glad to see you guys are growing to where you need and can afford something like that. Congrats!
I was also real happy to see this:

This thing is SO much faster, especially for production runs of bended parts. I'm in love.

The prices are not hard to find but I thought if they didn't mind I would like to know what I needed to do to justify owning that nice piece of machinery.

It cost more then any vehicle I have ever owned. It's more then my Duramax and my wife's jeep put together.

Depends on what you want, and if we are willing to do it.

I would hope you would be willing to turn some cash on that nice piece of equipment. I have the DOM tubing i just want some cross members on my tj. Across the windshield and across the rear for now so two pieces bent up and notched so i can weld them in. I am assuming its cheaper than buying a bender and doing it myself. I dont want to screw up the nice DOM tubing I bought with a cheap bender.

Give Ken at Allpro a call. He would probably be more then happy to kink some tube for you. We are absolutly swamped with mail order work, to where we have absolutly no time for any kind of custom work. If you want to wait a couple months, we would be more then happy to kink the tube for you.
