And,

Your fixing it with stock parts at the dealership?I've had good dealings with the guys at harold ziegler in grandville.
You're probably right on that not finishing as quickly as he could.
Yes it is being fixed with stock parts, at a dealership.
Van Flikk came and picked it up yesterday.

No, not yet.
I talked to the insurance guy at around 1:pm today.
He said they would send someone from the Grand Rapids office to go look it over.
Maybe tomorrow...

We were on a County road.
Dalson road to be exact.

If you look at the pictures you can see the well established road very clearly.

Also minus a sway bar disco and various other unknown parts.
I'll update the list when I get it to the doctor.
Sorry, thought it was private property.

The pond is private property, the road runs along side the pond.
Our guide for the day is a VERY knowledgeable guy, if he says thats Dalson Rd., thats Dalson Rd.

The insurance adjuster said its covered.
They're going to the dealership tomorrow to "have a look at it".
The only thing insurance is denying is the towing charges.

This is the case with many insurance companies, even if they had been on private property strictly dedicated to wheeling, like Rocks and Valley's. If anyone has questions about their particular policy, they should talk to a claims adjuster from their company, not an agent or an underwriter.

Since I know that people are human and make mistakes, I call three times, ask the same questions, take down names and what they said verbatim.

This would be fair since my cable snapped loose from the drum during that last pull. If not smittybilt is sending parts to repair at no charge. How soon do they think it will be ready for wheelin' again?

Fair, yes.
Will they do it? I don't think so.
The "Titanic" should be ready for me to pick it up in about a week.
Thanks again Joe!
You saved the day.
