350 Swap into my 95..

What am I going to need to switch around as far as motor mounts, trans, bell housing etc...

What goes into this swap and is it as hard as it sounds? I am thinking about doing this. I can get a running 350 for a decent price. So I might do this if I don't need to put a lot of fabrication into the swap.
