Default S10 without sway bars

My brother has just a stock 2wd S10 and the front sway bar broke. Has anyone ever ran a S10 without one? I have never had one on my jeep, but the wheel base on a truck is long so will it sway more?

Thanks!

It is usually been my expereince that it will suck at highway speeds and cornering. And feel weird while driving.

My 97 has had a broken link for 4 years now. So the bar is just along for the ride. I don't have any complaints aside from the thing handling like a pig. Regular driving is no issue.
