True, and decent prices, but the one on Warren road and Livernois has a VERY irritating staff, so I will continue to go to elsewhere. I have not been to the 8 mile one however.

Very little in the SUV section though for Parts Galore. Went and pulled 2 instrument clusters for cheap for other cars though.

I think you owe me a beer for driving your ass around today buddy

The 8mile location didnt have anything really worth while there. 1 Comanche, a WJ with a 4.0 that had alot of good body parts on it, 1 XJ with a 3" lift kit

The Warren ave location had a good amount of XJ's and ZJ's, a J-10 with a mystery AMC motor in it...

I figured it was the other way around.
If the 8-Mile one is the small location, the one on Warren Ave and Livernois must be HUGE!

The Warren one should be the newer one. I never went to that one, only the 8 Mile one which should have 2000+ cars. I've walked just about every inch of that place.

I actually forgot that the 8 mile location had a Shit ton on commercial CJ-5's in the back. All half cabs, some with plows, street sweepers...

They had them there back in the fall, but they were not available to pick from at that time. Maybe they are now. You could always get with the manager if they are out of reach . They were all very beat looking even though there were a dozen or so.

are all owned by the same guy. Bill Wild he used to own highway auto in taylor also. His son is the mayor of westland currently. As far as the commercial cj5's those are all old royal oak dps jeeps from back in the day . They bought out Jeffro's stock of them he sells old jeep parts in ferndale or somewhere on that side of town .

Those old cj's and a few flatties were put out already. If you didn't see them they are probably already crushed.

I went down to a couple junkyards today, since it was one junkyard's half-off weekend and the other one is having a half-off weekend next weekend. I didn't really find much in either yard that I could use. I thought I saw an XJ D44 in there but it wasn't happening. I was hoping to find a T-56 trans out of a 94-02 V8 Camaro/Firebird but they didn't have anything, either they had V6 manuals or V8 autos.
