From what I've seen Chrysler's doomed. They didn't change the way they think or do things. Their engineers still trip over dollars to pick up pennies because most of them have never actually done the work they are overseeing/developing. They offered buyouts and early retirements to the people that were there when workers actually had to "work" for a living. So between still doing stupid things and loosing all of thier "technical experts", I don't give them much of a chance. If they survive it'll be because the gov't won't allow them to fail. Not sure the Gov't will take that gamble a third time though.
