Is it just online or can you walk in and look around at parts and stuff?

Yes, you can walk-in. Not a lot on display, but there is a showroom.

They don't seem to like to deal with walk-ins anymore unless you are picking up something you previously ordered.

I've never got that impression from them.

I walked in once, I was just about to order until I realized they were about 30 minutes South of me.

I'd rate their walk in service as pretty good.

But it is in an industrial park area, and I'm pretty sure they're the only shop in there that has a retail-esque counter. Took a little bit for them to notice someone was actually standing out front lol.

I'd go there again though.

i've never had a bad experience with walking up to JBG to buy EB goodies. Everyone there is friendly and you gotta understand that mail order/internet order is their main charter and walk ins are not so they WILL be on the phone conducting business and you will have to wait different times than at Autozone..

overall worth it, especially if you stumble upon a good deal on returned items that may not be available online.....

That Lingenfelter building is an executive building only. They don't have any parts or cars there. Just offices and papers. Well thats what they told me last year.

When I have picked my stuff up from the graveyard, I always call ahead just to make sure its there. They appreciate a little "heads up" that your coming and what you want, everytime they had my stuff boxed and waiting for me there.

Another good time for parts at JBG is when they have their show. You can usually find some nice stuff for pretty cheap. And it is a really cool show

Yeah. The year before last 5 Lambo's pulled up the same time I did. I was able to go into the Kensington Motorsports building next door and check out the rides in there. He had a Bugatti,Rolls, Bentley,Vette's,Stangs and pretty much any mopar or GM muscle car you can think of.
