Maybe.

We've decided to hit the road in an RV for a year (leaving next year) - so depending on what style of RV we buy into I could either just use the funds, or I'll pickup something to tow behind a MH.

And before anyone suggests it - yes I've thought of towing the CJ6 around. But my wife won't drive it, it's not secure, the top doesn't seal well against the elements, the clutch would be killer in traffic, and I wouldn't want to leave it in a parking ramp if we're in a big city seeing the sights. I'd also want something more comfortable for 3-4 hour drives & with AC.

If we go that route I'll probably pick up a GC and do a mild lift/bumpers/winch.

I'm sure that your adventure will have some great experiences for the family.
Sorry to see it's being sold tho!

This is one sweet Jeep, I have seen it first hand. A lot of attention to detail in every aspect.

Bump for ya Boyink!

Very nice setup, best of luck with the sale.

I manage all the IT and Internet sales for a large RV dealership in Grand Rapids, so when you get close on a RV let me know, I can usually find you the best deal in the country on a RV even if it isn't from the dealership I work for. I have a working relationship with many other dealers across the country. Let me know if I can help.

Still for sale - Jeep comes setup to flat-tow with Tomken towbar shackles and a homemade towbar that's been all over the country..;)

Mike, you're killing me. Now is not a good time to be unemployeed Get a spare bed in the RV and maybe we can tow the JK behind it and tour the nation together.
