I have the same problem, can't find anyone that does it. You would think that there would be at least a couple of guys just on this website that do it.

The only one around is Mclovin. And he's over here on the east side of the state. There's no one on the west side. But if you live in the west side, it's probably worth the drive. From what I've seen he does good work.

Grandwarpig does them also, been doin them for a while now, but hes up north. They do any kind of grooves you want, including fully scooped boggers. Theres a thread in "support local bussiness".

Another tire trick is to put water in your tires, the extra weight helps with traction and your center of gravity is lowered.

But don't tell anyone I told you because it is very very secret, all the guys that compete do it.
