I have the Motorola one, Melinda has the HTC. I got the Motorola one because I've been used to a full keyboard, but now have got used to using the on screen keyboards. The HTC is really nice, I think if I could do it over again right now I would get the HTC.

I have been looking at them and will only go Motorola. Just like LG and the others, who the fukc is HTC? I trust Motorola's quality, they are well established. Everyone is all in love with their phones from these newcomers for a minute, then the go to crap.

They changed their name from High Tech Computer Corp. And they have over $4,000,000,000 in sales each year. And last year they were fortune's "Fastest growing tech company"

They were actually making smart phones before you knew smart phones existed.

I have the droid and love it. I got it over the HTC version because it has a larger screen and has the slide out qwerty keyboard. I don't use the keyboard as much as I thought I would, but it's still a nice feature none the less

In the smartphone market, Motorola is just one of the little dogs... HTC used to sell most of their phones unbranded to carriers, who would then brand them. Example: Cingular 8125. I had one of those about 5 years ago, it was the shit back then.

i have to motorola DROID and i got that over the other because it has built in gps which is very useful and nice and it is much more user friendly. the track ball on the htc is a sealed which means to replace it you need to replace the phone. with my blackberry that had a track ball shit would get in there and mess it up from time to time which was an issue for me. my mom has the htc and she hates the trackball. the OS is slightly slower on the htc.

A buddy of mine has the HTC and loves it. But then again, he bought the Chocolate. Then the Chocolate Touch so, draw your own conclusions.

I have the Moto Droid and the phone is pretty damn awesome. Only got a chance to mess around with an HTC for a few minutes but from what I saw I'm glad I went with the Moto. I very rarely ever use the slide out keyboard though. The touch screen works excellent.

i played with a htc last night and the screen didnt seem to work very well. I have another friend that has the moto and he seems to love it. I dont think the track ball is going to last very long on the htc feels real cheesy

Good choice. You won't be disappointed, I really like Melinda's. She's been using the crap out of hers with no problems.

I have an HTC, and its a peice of shit.

it freezes up all the time, if i slide it open or closed too fast it shuts off, the battery cover falls off. just shitty quality all around. I've had one since july of '08 and I've had to replace it 4 times. I think since centennial merged with AT&T I'm just going to get an Iphone
