Default Baja: Twin Turbo!? Ohh yeah...

This was a gift to me by an uncle who bought it new in 78? I Believe from a marina near school craft. This is the Yenko of Baja boats and came from the dealer with twin turbos. I have been working for a few years now to restore it trying to keep the nostalgia. It have a new merc 350 crate, and only need finishing touches and some outdrive work to be complete. I have searched for any record of this in ABOSS with no luck. Anyone know more than I do?

Twin turbo in 1978 seems like it was way ahead of it's time (probably still is). Sweet boat man. Get it going and let's see some video of some high speed runs

btw, you have an awesome uncle

might want to give www.screamandfly.com a shot. They usually shun baja owners that think their boats are "fast" but yours is certainly not a cookie cutter and is unique. I bet they would want to see it and they have a wealth of knowledge.

That's the same hull as my project boat. Mine isn't quite as nice shape but it's got a Berkley jet and a 460.
