It looked like the winch failed then the frame failed.

Not sure what kind of winch was used but:
From Warn's web page
• Never use as an overhead hoist, or to suspend a load.

At 1:54 you can see smoke coming from the battery tray they mounted in the rear of the vehicle (this is after almost losing the vehicle the first time).

funny vid.

the dudes that did that were obviously not engineers.

they didnt plan for the truck hitting windows on the way up, the structure failed, the winch failed.

they really didnt get much right except for the retart high five.
