Only if you see it as a Spiritual thing. I've done Yoga And I didn't burn into flames. Although, I felt like I may. That's for a different reason though.

My viewpoint is, it comes down to spiritual belief. If you do these moves but don't believe in them as offerings to Hindu gods, then they're spiritually meaningless and just awkward uncomfortable stretches. I'm sure most local gyms don't present yoga as offerings to god.

That's because they are trying to trick you into burning in hell.

It dosent matter what the actual person thinks. Its what this organization (notice I didnt say any specific religion) tells you to think. They say yoga is worshiping false god than son of a bitch it is, regardless of reality. CBN FTW!!

I use it for core stability personally and relaxation. I don't know how to meditate. When she says meditate I try to think about everything I have to get done when I get back to the office..

Sounds about right. We're Americans, we don't know how to be quiet and meditate.

I hate Yoga, I can't believe anybody eats that shit, it's sour milk, for crying out loud. I won't even eat frozen Yoga, it's terrible.

Now I see some TV add that says if you eat Yoga it regulates your digestive track.....Right.

Remember when they had that meat Yoga and the kids would sing that song...

My Ba yoga has a first name its.... I don't really remember the words.
