Default Atlas 2 speed case 3.8:1-SOLD

The atlas is a 2 speed, drivers drop clocked flat, everything is 32 spline, including input, comes with 1350 u bolt yokes and is a 3.8:1 ratio with the short output. I have a TH400/4L80 to 2 speed atlas shorty adapter also that can be sold seperately or with the case.

It is brand new and has only been used for mock up. I can get you new shifters of your choice also, the ones that came with it have been modified.

link to adapter: http://advanceadapters.com/product/5761/51-6408.html

----------------------- Sale pending on the TH400, pay no attention to the following unless you're interested in it if the buyer backs out.

TH400 that has the heavy duty case and was originally a 4wd application, It has a fresh rebuild done by Killer B with zero miles on it. I purchased it from Hacksaw who was going to run it in his jeep and ended up parting it out. I had/have every intention of running it in my buggy behind 400+ hp.

Everything is brand new with zero miles, it has been used for mock-up and is currently mounted in my vehicle.

Plans change quickly.... a week ago I wasnt even thinking about changing anything and now I'm already half way through the swap!

If I can sell this I'll be able to get perfect gearing. I'll have as much range as a 4L60 and a 4 speed but with a 6L80 and a 2 speed. Worst case would be having to run it as is and be a little too low in low range but it's not a deal breaker, just not perfect. Depending on the cost of gears, this case will be for sale until it sells whether I'm running it or not.

Wire wheel and tootsie rolls on the trans case and scotch brite (blue ones) roloc disks in a 3" pneumatic angle grinder on the atlas. Took about an hour to do both and the trans was painted black when I got it.

Time to go get the new trans! I was looking last night and it's going to be a tight fit...

Switch to a drivers drop and get a high pinion ford front! Problem solved!
