I bought some nice rib eyes and seared them with butter, salt and pepper and threw them on the charcoal grill. They turned out awesome.

All my sliding doors leake air so bad I tape them up in the winter. I had one door replace so now I moved the grill right next to that door so I can easily step outside and grill.

The stove hasn't been used for a dinner in 16 years, only for a breakfast.

I don't care if it's rain, snow, or windy, - cold or hot.....its no big deal

I guess I'm lucky, someone in my family has worked for Lodges since it's inception. I have well over 30 pieces of cast iron and now working on the enamel coated cast iron.

Don't grill anymore. I finished this about a month ago and it's low and slow every weekend now.

Anyone else freeze their bunns off to enjoy a typical summer meal?

I grill all year .

I indirect cook . I have a 3 burner LP . So burner one and three on low . Meat over burner 2 . Heat at 250/275 ish . About a hour , little over .

Then if you want you can always turn the heat up a little later .

Always slow and low . Plus I drink beer while cooking So I am in no rush

Also have a charcoal . Don't have a smoker yet .
