What's a lifted chevy without a rebel flag? Gotta love that southern heritage in Michigan

A nice truck, rebel flags are overused and gay looking

Ziebart has pretty good rates for undercoating

minor update but i got the rear end brushed down and got a huge pile of rust off. I painted it up and looks good. i also took off the whole rusty hitch because i don't pull anything and it looked bad. Got the tiny stock spare out also that was dry rotted and bad. Been a while since i really inspected my truck. i was happy to see not a drop of oil residue or any fluid anywhere.

Gotta love my big blocks haha. Plan on seeing all springs soon.

truck looks good! the undercoat really helps out the appearance and the tint in the future will too. Im think you should paint your bowtie blue to match the tuck...just imo

sounds like a massive waste of time since you could have just left it on there. gonna do that when you might possibly have to tow a trailer too? those front hooks arent really known for their strength fyi. I know a guy who hauls cars for a living and has had quite a few fail on him, brand new from the factory

well since my dad has a brand new f250 its not really something i need. i tow something maybe once a year? my 18' boat. I go mudding 3-4 times a year. And yeah i know i dont relay on the hooks but they will help me if im in the ditch this winter

yeah i like that look. Will match my black rims. That looks like a great idea on the tow hooks.

Small update but since ol blue still had factory u-joints in her i had to heat and beat the shit out of them to get them out. Turned out to be a hour or so job. Heres a picture of the new Duralast gold lifetime warranty u joint and the truck without salt and snow..O and without the box :) Much better by the way with the new u-joint the last one was so fryed and lose it clunked like hell when in 4 wheel drive.

IMO the truck would look sweet with a matching cap, or a roof rack and rock slider/running boards to give it the expedition vehicle look.

what sucks most about that is i gave the running boards to the junk yard for 7 bucks and the cap away to. I want rock sliders though. I wonder what a roof rack would look like or what they make for my truck
