Might be interested, but it would really depend upon how much cash I have to throw at my gas tank, it's nearly a hundred miles for me.

BTW:

Its only $25.00 for all day of unlimited runs.
Make sure you bring a helmet, and if you are racing YOU MUST WEAR PANTS! NO SHORTS!!

I think its $10.00 per person for people who are not racing...

Well if we need a helmet to run on the track, then that may limit me to spectating. I may not be able to afford a helmet. Besides, like I said, it's nearly 100 miles from me, so I can't decide if I wanna use the gas to drive out there or not till the week before.

I can make it to Lapeer the 26th in my Ram.

I was there a couple weeks ago, and I'm sure the srt-8 grand cherokee there wasn't running a driveshaft loop with his 13.6 ET.

Milan doesn't recquire driveshaft loops til a 11.49 ET.

I wouldnt worry too much about the rules at Lapeer. I havent raced there in years, but it was a dump. Cool place to test street racers due to no time boards. Man i wonder if they replaced the bulbs on the tree :tonka:

Last time I was I went to Lapeer, they didnt have anyone working the burnout box, or the line. You had to beep the horn if your car was quiet to get the guy to setup the timer

Haggar, I ran slicks on a FWD. No driveshaft loops needed.

Dont know if it was covered in the rules, but sun roofs/ttops/convt/no tops you are required to wear a helmet.
