Default Pitman arm question

So i've been gathering parts to do crossover steering on my GM Dana 60, ORD uses part # 70203. Which is a Tuff Counrty part #, it's for a Ford 1976-1979 bronco/ f150. Are all the splines on the steering box's the same, or are they just the same for those years?? Also what makes it different from 1980 on??

What year wrangler?
What year steering box did you use?
Also did you need to do anything special to the arm itself to make it fit?
