I just recently went through the same thing on the same model Ford truck...guy bought the cheapest damn rockers and cab corners he could find, and they didnt even match each other, let alone matching the truck...I ended up making most of the parts myself, and just used the parts he bought to make the outside look right...floor pans I just made myself.

I have been making sum progress. finally got most of the tar mat on the floor off just the pass. side foot area left, got to dark today. But i did however get the back wall done and cleaned up. He just wanted something to hold and seal the wall into place. (its just a farm truck he dont care) i took 12 ga. and bent a 90 and layed it in and welded it. it dont look to hack but its geting covered with a layer of bed liner when I get it all the holes patched.

that box between the floor and the back wall is structural, and so is the pinch weld behind/under it (can see the pinch weld from outside the cab, easily if the bed is removed) you might want to make sure that pinch weld isnt also rotted away, or it will be putting alot more stress on that box then it is designed for...not sure what that would cause, but I'd bet it would eventually rip that box out of the floor, or cause the back side of the box to collapse, taking the back wall, roof, etc with it
