Default The Holiday Spirirt

Around the holidays, people generally have a warmer heart, more apt to giving to the needy or being more careful to others around them. The story CC posted about the rich lady hooker buying steaks on her Bridge card really made me feel bad, since CC should have paid for these items.

what things have you done or seen out there that actually helped the less fortunate? Post up, this is your chance to tell of something where you won't get flamed for bragging on your good deed. (yea right, this is GL4x4).

best believeable story will get a huge wad of casino cash from me.

Not to be cynical here but I think a HUGE portion of my income goes to the less fortunate. I just don't have discretionary control of it. Our tax dollars are being spent for illegal immigrants, natural disasters both here and abroad and countless other "needy" things. If I look at it that way, I bet I give $5000 - $10,000 a year to the needy.

Now on a personal level, I don't talk about where I spend my money but since this is gl4x4, I did give a couple hundy to silverxj's breast cancer walk.
