Default quick body lift install ??

i just got a 01 3500 v10 i'm the third owner the first owner installed the body lift the second guy removed it to tow a camper 5th wheel he gave me the box of parts spacers brackets and bolts bumper brackets now i want to reinstall it but i think im missing parts is there linkage and steering parts?? how hard is it to install?

Prolly take about a weekend. Ive installed a few body lifts and sometimes I use a steering shaft extension and other times it seems really un necessary so I dont. The guy prolly left it on the truck because it was too much trouble to take it off or he didnt know it was there.
