I think they're just taking in too much crap that no one wants. I mean... a new (refurb) food processor would be nice, but it's not an impulsive buy as much as say... a 3 pack of HDMI cables for $5.

Agreed. Woot-offs are clearly intended to clear out inventory and they've had a lot of "bigger than woot normal" ticket items of late. Maybe to generate some cash flow to compensate for buying some holiday season stuff in larger-than-normal volumes...

Yea, this is like the third time I've left my browser open overnight in the last month, and woot watcher had opened a couple dozen windows with all of the past deals. I wish I could have jumped on a couple of them.

I've bought thru Woot a few time's but I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say "woot-off"

normally woot only does 1 item per day.

in a woot off, they go through multiple items until each item is sold out, for a number of hours, or even days.
