Either Kidney stones or 2nd degree grease burn on my arm about 6"x12". The actual burn didn't hurt that bad, what hurt was the doctor scrubbing it out with a nail brush.

Worst pain would have to be when I got my knee "Willis McGahee'd" my senior year. Pretty close to having a rope cut through the webbing between my index finger and thumb, all the way down to the tendon

Most frustration/constant pain was when my quad and hammy stayed in a constant cramp for two days straight. As weak as that sounds, it was awful.

when i fell 20 or so feet mountain biking, i broke my collar bone in 3 place's, cracked 2 rib's,bruised my lung, and a major concussion.that hurt a little bit

then when i fell off the roof, i have a laundry list of injury's, but the most painful one is i will never physically be normal ever again. Long term injuries, which limits what i can do, but you you learn to adapt.

they want to do a surgery on 2 of my vertebra's between my shoulder blades, that would require them to crack my chest open, move my heart out of the way, hook me up to a bi-pass machine, deflate my lung and navigate thru the nerves around he spine, to fix the problem, then put me back together

Kidney stones definitely. You gotta be careful snowboarding my wife's cousin hit a tree after catching a dry spot. After spending a while in the hospital for a severe head injury he won't do it anymore. He was very experienced but accidents happen.

Wouldn't it be easier to go through your back rather than the front?

that's what i was wondering, but because of the way your spine is they have to attach all the hardware on the inside, or it would be sticking out of my back.

this is why i am holding off as long as i can

Riding my bike down the street and having a car pull out in front of me.....hit the side of the car....bike stopped...I went airborne and landed in the hospital with a concussion and severe road rash. slid so far after landing the concrete ripped through my shoes and socks and toenails.

a few years ago, stepped off a trailer backwards, leg twisted, kneecap went around to the outside of my knee, and my femur (upper leg) contacted the tibia (larger bone in lower leg) hard enough to shatter the top of the tibia...

E.R. first said it was just sprain

3 months off work, in a brace for a couple more after that, and it still hurts every day.
