Default Bolt pattern for 98 tj front bumper?

im building a bumper for a guy on here. Im makin up tabs today and need to know how far apart the 2 holes for the upper mounts need to be drilled and also what size hole do i need to put in it to re-use the factory bolts.
If anyone happens to know offhand that would be greatly helpful.

Thanks,
Chase

Factory bolts are 1/2" so you'll need to be larger than that.

1-3/8" between holes, front hole is about 5/8" back from the front of the frame.
