Dana 60

Did they ever make a semi float Dana 60 rear end or are they all full floaters?

Yep. Things like Jeep J trucks had a semi float 60 in some of them. FOrget if it was the J10 or J20 that has the semi float.

Mopar muscle cars did, too.

Actually, neither. All J-20's were 8x6.5" D60 full-floaters. The Jeep D60SF's were only 5x5.5" and only in the Gladiator years. So, 1973 would have been the last year you would have found one in a Jeep truck.

Ford and Dodge vans also used D60SF's, I believe in 8x6.5" patterns.

I took a D60 semi float rear out of a 1980 F250 light duty. I still have it, unsure if I am going to use it.
