Default cryo freezing parts

im thinking of haveing the tranny in my 84 atc 250r cryoed to make it stronger. any body here have any expierience in the area? any local business offering this service? i know its pretty popular in alot of racing applications. just had an idea

i had a problem with braking axles and ring and pinions alot, but i had everything froze for about a 100 bucks and i have not broke anything yet this year, so i would say yes to have it done

where did you have it done? in minnesota or mail order? i found a few online places but id like to support some local businesses. the trannies are week points on these bikes so id like to toughen it up.

This is interesting?!? I've heard of gasing crankshafts for added strength but never this "cryo" treatment you guys speak of. More info please! Educate me!
