I've got a 05 yfz450 that's really clean, the motor is in pieces but I've got all the parts, id trade that for it. Or a 03 crf450?

Ok so this is what i will admit, im pretty sure theirs something wrong with the engine. i dont know what it is. i know that the oil leak at the rear main seal may be tranny fluid instead. i know that their was oil in the radiator and i flushed it and there hasn't been any in their since. i also know the motor starts good and drives fine but i think there might be a potential issue. Motor could need a couple bucks for a gasket or be completely junk. im not sure. im 18 and not very experienced with this but ive done what i can.

jeep needs this http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...questid=149131
and a rear main seal which is 12.99. i would also recommend replacing the pistons for reassurance. this is 80.99. this motor can be 100% for about 150 bucks.

So, you can buy a head gasket kit, rear main seal, and new pistons/rings ect.. for $150 and have all that done in a couple hours?

your the man. Just fix it then. And at 6pm change your ad to 100% fixed and and you should have no problem selling it.

it's 9pm, is it fixed yet? Price should go up considerably after replacing the head gasket, rear main seal, and pistons.
