Default recovery straps

has anyone ever had a strap stitched after is has been cut? I am not sure where to find a place with a machine heavy duty enough to restitch a new loop end.

thanks,

Around larger airports there is usually an actual strap company that airlines send broken cargo straps to be mended/ rebuilt. Back when I worked for a cargo airline we sent tons of junk straps to them, and they sent them back like new. I forgot the name of the shop we used though. Its somewhere in Romulus.
