Is the manual front shaft longer than the auto? I was under the impression that the auto was longer.

I think I saw Tom Tom last night on the freeway. Rather large green 4 dr XJ with a roof rack. Maybe 1130'ish in the newport area on I75.

I was in an explorer heading home at a high rate of speed. I really need to get my xj driveable. Hopefully I have a driveshaft lined up that may work. Should probably get the axle up in the air and get the pinion sleeve in and the yoke set.

I feel a little out of my element looking at some of this stuff, but google has proven to be about the best tool around lately.

I spend a lot of time on there looking stuff up. I'm a search whore :). Most of my nights are spent trying to educate myself...instead of working.

Been seeing a ton of xj's around lately. Was next to a white 4dr with bushwacker flares the other day.
