Alright I got it. My mom called the cable company 3 times, and just about each time they didn't help, which I tried telling her the first time she called they wouldn't help. I told her to go call a plumber, he should know everything about TVs.
Anyway, I downloaded the owner's manual from Panasonic, found out you have to hit the display button and while you hit that you have to hit another button, like audio, to get it to go from SAP to Mono or Stereo.
