G2 Axle and Differentials available at IO
G2 Rear Axle Kits are made from high tensile alloy steels. These axles are forged and heat-treated for maximum strength. Big Spline options allow you to take advantage of even more added strength, gained from the larger diameter of the shafts. The larger diameter enables the shafts to withstand much higher torsional loads than the stock diameter. With either option, you can be assured that the weakest point of your driveline will not be your axle shafts.
* Black Oxide coating for added wear and corrosion resistance
* Big Spline option on select applications
* Dual bolt pattern
* Threaded Studs
Front Axles - Dana 30.44 and 60 Front Axles
G2 offers a full line of high strength 4340 chrome/nickel (Chromoly) axles designed to handle the punishment of off-road driving, increased loads of oversized tires and the high torque produced by today’s ultra low geared vehicles.
Differential Spools & Spool Parts
G2 offers a selection of differential carriers ranging from open differentials to Full Spools.
Ring & Pinions
G2 Performance utilizes the latest technology to develop and manufacture premium quality Ring & Pinions for performance applications, as well as today’s more sophisticated vehicles. With the intent that our gears will be used in the harshest of environments, we forge our gears from high quality gear steel to ensure reliability and consistent quality.
Differential Covers and Differential Cover Products
G2 aluminum differential covers are manufactured from Heat Treated Aluminum, and are designed to dissipate heat while withstanding the rigors of the off road environment.
Axle Assembly - Front and Rear Dana 44 Axle Assembly
Upgraded Dana 44 front axle assemblies are built as direct bolt-in replacements for the stock Dana 30 found in Jeep TJs and XJ Cherokees. Assembled with all new components, these assemblies are an easy swap to upgrade to a larger Dana 44.
