By non slip shaft, do you mean no slip joint in the shaft or the trans end can not be the slip in type?

If you do NOT want a slip yoke that goes into an auto, but U-Joints each end, Ford F250 rear drive shaft may work. LMK and I'll measure it. $50 picked up.

I have several 3 & 4" diam aluminum ones , with the floating slip yoke to go into the trans....the shaft itself is solid = $50 with good 1330 &1350 ujoints in them already
