Yes I get them around 30 mph but not at 25 or 35. Or even at highway speed.

So I just slow down or speed up when it happens and then it stops.

Yes there was a change in plans Rich and I talked about it and in the end I did not wanna loose any cargo area. and being a poly gas tank there were some design issue we over looked. I feel this will work better for me any how.

CRAPPY CELL PHONE PICS SORRY

I made my doors removable today I had to do some cutting and drilling on the hinges but they seem to work great. The wiring harnesses are all in tack so I just have to pull the wiring clips and then 2 bolts and they lift right off. I dont think I will need to put a nut on the bolts that hold them in they feel strong and the wieght of the doors hold them on good.

So I got the seats in today. It was more work then I thought it would be (they are out of a 2006 grand cherokee) I did not use the rear seat though, I played around with it but did not feel good about hooking a car seat to it after cutting the frame to fit. So I left the XJ seat in.

The driver seat is not adjustable but fits me perfect. Both seat are all the way back in this picture I gave myself an extra few inches.

Had 1 tiny rust hole in the floor.

I could not wait to put this on

Looking good. But on a Uni Body Vehicle you really need to weld at least an 1/8" thick plate about 6" x 6" to the floor then weld the cage on top of that. It helps to spread the load so that the tube does not punch through the floor in a roll over. Since you already have it welded in you can add/weld some plate around the tube then weld the tube to the plate.

The front tubes go through the floor and tie into the unibody frame. The middle and rear have plates around them

Cool did not see that in any of the photo's. Can you post up some better Pictures on how you made the doors removable. A friend of mine is wanting to do the same thing to his XJ.
