You might want to get your 8" wheels back for use with weld on beadlock rings, they quite a bit of width to the wheel, and the more you stretch out the tire, the more likely the inside bead will be to pull off.

Full size Chevy drop shackles? I've heard they fold fairly easy. Looking at the broke pics on page one and their right.

Nice build. I plan on someday building mine up but until I finish my swap and iron the bugs out, that'll have to wait.

Im happy with the 10 inch width if the beadlocks make it 11 inches thats ok with me too I did not want less than 10 inches So im right on track for my plan. And If I dont like it I will have an excuse to get another set of rims

I got my gears back from Rich today. 5.37 with a spool.

We also pressed on new wheel bearing when was out there.

While I was in Fruitport I stopped by Tewsk's place and snapped a pick of my 9"'s old home.

I got some more work done today.
The 9" is assembled

ready to be installed

Then I got the D44 into the garage

And started pulling it apart

Next I have to make these

Look like these(8 lug to 5 lug conversion)

I also picked up some seats out of a 2006 grand cherokee

The fronts should go in pretty easy, Im going to try to make the rear fit too.
