I cleaned out the garage today and have my D44 back from Rich, with the 5.38 gears installed. I will be putting that axle back together soon. I dont know what Im going to do for tires yet. I cant afford th Irok's so I may be doing something else for now at least 35's though. I will post some picks when I get going on the axle assembly.

I will keep cutting more if I need to make them fit. I dont want any more lift.
Will probably go with 37. I was thinking about the 36" Irok It taller than the 37" Irok.

So today I changed the fluid in my TC and found a small hole in my radiator, I put some of stop leak crap in there and let it run for an hour in my drive way with no leak and no over heating.
Then I went into the garage and tried to get motivated on the D44
5.38's installed

I put the outers back on and the shafts in

And I remembered to use antiseize too

So the 44 is back together now

And the 9" too

I need to get some new tires and put this shit under the jeep.

So today I went to the junk yard looking for an electric fan for my XJ. mine has been off the jeep for some time. I could not find an XJ fan but I bought some other fan instead.
I set it up as a pusher to move cool air from the outside past the radiator.

I have no idea, it was laying in a pile of fans. It was one of the thinner one in the pile. I wanted to mount it as a puller like the factory fan but this one is a little to large to fit on the inside.

The fan worked great on our trip to the Cliffs and Badlands.
I have parts going out and some $$ comming in so I hope to get started on the axle swap soon.
Here is how the jeep sits now.

I have broken the back window and pass side rear window. So I just pulled the driver side rear before it broke too.
Should have more updates this weekend.
