Looking to put propane on my cj7

I am running a 304 with a carb and everytime I try to crawl it stalls out I know it is because of the carb but the motor runs great and has plenty of power just won't stay running. So if anyone knows where I can get a propane kit please let me know thanks

www.gotpropane.com Mine has been running on propane for two years with no complaints. Great throttle response, great power, and easy starting.

don't forget just because the engine has fuel to run at any angle doesn't mean it has oil. i like seeing people say they run propane and can run on there side. well what do you do about the engine running dry?

You may be beyond this point by now but, what kind of carb are you runing? You may be able to change a couple things and make it run good at some pretty steep angles. I have the stock 2bbl on my amc set up pretty well, It will run out of oil on the top end of the motor before it stalls. I'm no expert crawler or carb tuner but it may be possible to cure your carb issues.

I have a edelbrok 650 with a offroad kit in it already and it didn't work for the steep stuff or the hard down hills

I am running a "got propane" kit on my amc 360 and I love it! I'm only a couple miles from ya too. If you want to check the kit out, I would be glad to show you it. Give me a call if you want. I'll pm you my number.
