Default Am/FM Shaft Stereo

I'm looking for a good working AM/FM stereo for my Fairmont. It can either be factory or aftermarket, but it must be the 2-shaft style. I found Amazon.com has a Dual Electronics AM/FM Cassette player for $35.00, but I thought I'd ask here first.

I'm not gonna lie Eric, that fairmont is badass. My old man had a similar year in a 2-dr sedan.

BTW, that amazon.con deal is awesome - but I think someone here will have something sitting around closer to $free$.

Good luck!

I figure why be bored while I'm sitting in the staging lanes at the track? The AM radio it has now just doesn't cut it. I really don't care for talk radio.

if you want to pull the one out of my olds you can have it for free, its on my uncles farm in Wayland. its the old school 2 nob with the presets that would manually move the tuner.

I got one that is two knobs. It has FORD on the top. A chrome slider that has STEREO on it, slide it on way for AM, the other for FM. Then a row of five black preset buttons. Below that a chrome slider to balance and/or fade the speakers. Not sure about that.

I cann't remember what it's from possibly a Ford van.

Yours for postage and a few pictures of the Fairmont.

I have a few Kenwood 2 knob radios w/cassette. $25 you pick up. I can show you that they work.
