passenger side half shaft dana 30!

i need a half shaft for the passenger side of a Dana 30 for my 99 cherokee. i need the side that connects to the hub more than the one the one that goes into the axle. it was bent slightly one one side of the yoke when it was pressed. i need it asap.

if you do not know already do not drive or move the jeep with out the stub shaft in the bearing and torqued down. other wise the wheel bearing will fall apart and you will need to replace that. the wheel bearing is just press fitted togather and the pre load of the stub shaft and nut keep it hold it all togather.

im just stating cause ive heard of it happening more then once when someone doesnt know. being that he is fairly new i through it out there so it doesnt happen.

Yes. Unit bearings cannot hold themselves together under the weight of the vehicle without the stub shaft.


Aztec, I have the passenger inner. Does your XJ have ABS? It makes a difference for the stub shaft. If it is ABS, I have that also.
