Default Any fellow beardos present?

What are you using to condition your beard? Oils, conditioners or are you sporting the wiry, dry, wild man look?
I've been growing out my shag for the last few weeks and I'm using a beard oil I picked up at Miejer. Stuff works well to tame and soften my wiry chops but I'm not to crazy about the smell. My wife says I smell like a hippie.
What are you using for your beard or stubble and where are you getting it?

I've been waiting for this thread.

I use Mountaineer Brand Beard oil and their balm. The oil is WV Timber. Rich smell of pine and cedar. The balm is essentially the same thing, just, well, a balm.

I get my stuffs off of Amazon.

I have a buddy that uses products by Grave Before Shave. He likes them.

I'm using up this Mountaineer Brand stuffs then I'll either venture off and try something new orrrrr reorder. I really like their products. I love the smell of timber.

Shall we start a thread about hair pomades or should I contribute here? Ahhhhh fuckit.

I use pomade. Been growing the rug to get a good length to rock a pompadour. I use Suavecito medium firm hold. I love it. It has to be the best pomade that you can get. I have naturally curly hair so I really need the firm, but for now the medium is working well for, I guess you would call it the full head of hair combover? Lol

Keep your beard clean. Don't grow it out just because you want a beard. Take care of it. Keep it oiled or keep balm in it. Keep it trimmed and uniform. It takes time, but well worth it.

ALSO, invest in a Kent comb. They are THEEE best combs money can buy IMO. Handmade. Very reasonably priced. Use it to comb your beard. Keep it free and untangled. Comb after you add oil or balm.

Excellent post. Very informative. The cedar/pine scent would work well. I will check out the products you've suggested.
Right now, I use Axe clean-cut pomade to rock my fade-do. For the face rug I use Shea Moisture Shave with shea butter and sandal wood for that hippy smell. Time for some on-line shopping.

I use dial for men soap to wash my beard, head, and face. I shave my head though.

Once in a while I oil it with whatever my wife bought me.

If you need all this fancy product for your hair, you need to cut it or start buying tampons.

lol! Apparently this isn't a popular subject among the hill billys. Stay tuned, chances are, this thread will degenerate into some thing more entertaining.
