I'm wondering if the paint on the exhaust is going to live up to the "Man of Steel" image.

Yea, looks perdy. Really the only coating I have seen last on headers or antthing else is the ceramic jet hot coating. I have that on my headers and they are still silver after 4 years.

I'm going to be experimenting with high temp powdercoating this fall to see if that stuff hold up. If it does, then I will start offering the high temp stuff too.

the paint is that "flameproof header paint" from the part store. they also sell it at my local speedshop. i was reading the can and it said to only put a very thin coat on so it has color. if you put it on to thick, it'll bubble up. i guess we'll see.
