Looks good! Did you stretch the back some? One of the previous pics looked like the rear axle wasn't centered in the wheel well anymore.

Subscribed! Really like everything you've done so far. I'm getting ready to build a CJ so this is very inspiring! Keep up the good work.

Boatsides are all drawn up and I'm going out to cut them now. Will have them bent up in the morning, maybe I'll throw up a pic when I set them in place. Or I can be lazy and let you do it when you get it back.

I really struggled with the decision on a gas tank/fuel cell. I wanted to stretch my wheel base but not give up any storage room. I opted for a custom 17 gallon underneath tank from Koz. I don't think he makes them anymore but you can get a similar one from Genright.

Although it works fine, it has certainly been a vulnerable place to hit and is the biggest problem on my departure angle. All said and done, I'm happy with it and it hasn't been a issue.

The one that i have is a 15 gallon tank, I do wish it was a little bigger. but so do most women J/K. I think that i am going to cut a hole in the floor and mount it half way down. kinda the same way that Tab has his. The Genright tanks are like $800.-$900. I would rather spend that kind of money on a locker for the front.

Heres a few pics of the semi-finished boatside. The front edge will be getting a cap of sorts and will be tied into the 1/2 inch bolt that holds the two braces in place on the firewall. There is also a back side piece that sandwiches the lower door jam.

And this is a shot of the underneath that ties into the two side body mounts.
