Default 06 2500. door and seat belt chime

anyway to eliminate the annoying door ajar and seat belt chimes on my 06 2500? gets really annoying when all i wanna do is move my truck or move my trailer around and have that thing chiming in my ear really loud.

Maybe jumper the wires together in the female part of the belt buckle. This will tell the BCM that the belt is fastened all the time.

that will work. i'd really like to know where the chiming comes from. i'll just disable the noise if possible.

I think it can be disabled with a Tech 2, fairy certain I did that for a friend once.
