Default Looking to buy a new camera

I am looking to try an find a nice used digital camera for the wife. She dropped hers this weekend. What websites are out there for me to search (-ebay and CL) or does anyone have one for sale on here. Most of our pics are just out at the zoo, fairs, parks, vacations with the kids. I would like something that takes good movement photos. Help me out, guide me.

Just bought this for the misses. I wanted a DSLR but she wasn't really into learning how to use it. So, we bought this one and she is very happy with it.

We are looking for a new camera too. The Samsung we replaced our Olympus with was a POS. The Olympus was nice but I may step up to the one recommended above too.

My sister just bought a canon rebel xsi from target I think but anyhow it was really cheap compared to its normal price. It takes good moving photos too. I know my school bought a couple too when they were really cheap. I'm not sure if they are still as cheap as they were or not.

@$200-300.

I know it may seem kind of petty but I would prefer something that used a rechargable AA battery. I have enough of them and one less size laying around here the better.

I still have an old Sony Mavica (@ 8 yo) and the thing takes beautiful pics but is huge! The wife likes the smaller cameras but I kinda prefer something bigger because its less-likely to be misplaced or forgotten (as in your pocket and damaged).

I'm guessing my wife will have her D60 body up for sale soon. I just got her a new (different) Body for Christmas. It's only about a year & a half old and is in perfect, like new condition. After she got down to only shooting in the full manual settings with it, twas time for a new body. I can see how much she'll want for it if your interested.

I ended up picking up a Canon A1100 at Target. We had an extended warranty on our POS Samsung to pay a good chunk of it.

You're a little south of where you need to be for a DSLR, but I have a D40 and a D90. I LOVE my D40. It has all kinds of capabilities higher end DSLR's don't have. I won't go in to detail unless you ask, but here's one used from Adorama. I buy all my gear there. Low prices. No taxes. Free shipping. Awesome customer support and guarantees.
