Tore the front axle down, only damage is the locker itself. Gonna order a new one tomorrow.

Countless trips, 3 broken stubs, handfull of 30 spline lockouts, now a locker, twisting the pass side tube, With how bad that locker was grabbing and letting go with all the snapping and popping, I think it fair to say the 5.38 pinion is stout enough.

One trip to the mounds, snofari, 3 trips to 2 different private properties, and the bearing grease on the wheel bearings still looks as it did when I repacked them. So nice, with my old drive slugs it was almost every time out I would have to repack them because of contamination with mud/water.

95 ball joint 60

It has 5.38's, stock inners with chevy/dodge d70 35 spline outers, rpm offroad flanges, had a lock right but will have a spartan by end of the week.

John,
Glad to hear it's only the lunchbox & nothing else. Same with the drive flanges. I ended up using a bigger o-ring and even then I still have occasional problems.

I had rock and roll offroad flanges before and they didn't seal, might as well ran with no covers. These "heavy duty" rpm flanges are so much better in every way.

Got my spartan ordered up today from Kevin at Jeeperz Creeperz.

Its hard ordering parts when there are a couple local vendors (Michigan based) that I like. Try and spread it around the best I can.

WEnt and ran twisted today, ran holey moley without issue, then a few lines in picker valley. But the tires in the scramble area did me in. Broke the 1350 yoke on the tcase. Ujoint didn't fail but the yoke itself. It was do, I haven't touched the rear driveline in over year and it has seen ALOT of abuse in that year. But I knew I was pushing it hard in a hi traction bounce scenario. I was thinking to myself as I was doing it how stressfull what I was doing was on the driveshafts then POP.

Kyle suppose to tell me to take it easy, not laugh so I try harder lol.

Ran into issues on the way home with the tow pig though, got gutless and my MPG went way down. Don't know what the problem is yet .

Actually later when you had your fit of frustration, I went running since I was spotting you and wasn't expecting the full throttle assault you unleashed

Yeah it was nothing like it looked as far as being "clean" First couple impacts to the body and it shed pounds on pounds of bondo and fiberglass
