Frame is just to wide for the body. Don't like how the reaqr susp to frame was related. And it dipped to low in the center.

Maybe you should start wheeling a jeep and you wouldn't have all these problems.

Went a played at some more local private stuff today.

The issues with the lock right from last year resurfaced. It was slipping and banging in reverse to start and progressively got worse through the day. Then I lost all ability to hold traction in reverse. A short while later forward was lost to.

I had purchased a engo winch in Febuary. Thought I would give it a shot for the price and because it came with syn rope. Figured worst case if I didn't like it I would put that winch on my explorer and and the syn rope on my warn and put the warn on the eb. Well got to use the engo for the first time today, while very very slow it pulled no problem till we think a wrap of rope pulled on the bolt/crimp clamp holding it to the drum (more then enough wraps on the drum itself) and pulled the bolt out of the drum. I haven't unspooled it yet but hoping the rope isn't damaged but I think it is in that spot . Gonna attempt to see if Engo will do anything for me.

I pulled the cover off the solenoid box, and there are two solenoids, and both solenoids have spots where they bolt onto the box itself. Found only one of my solenoids bolted down and the other not. And the 'missing' bolts not in the box. Appears the bracket didn't quite line up to the bolt holes so they said "eh one solenoid bolted down is enough".

My rear Lock-rite did the same shit a few weeks back at Bundy. Had two broken pins and drivers side collar has rounded off teeth now. Back to a welded stocker

That's a bummer John. I've heard good things about lunchbox lockers in 60's. Welded sucks. Do you have hydro assist of full hydro?

a friend of mine damaged his rope on a new (first time ever using it) engo winch. the bolt caught the rope and ripped it in half.
he got in touch with them and told them what happened and they sent him a new rope. they also told him he could keep the old one. (notice the nice blue rope on my winch that was 6 foot shorter than it was when it was new)

Yep neither, I had every intention of full hydro about a month ago. But then I got a wild hair and spent the EB's upgrade money on a Torino. I will most likely end up trying a spartan. The lock right lasted about 3 yrs (including the orig. pins and springs) of some pretty harsh abuse including 3 grenaded shafts and multiple lock outs.
