Well pulled the diff cover. I think the lock right is just worn out finally. No broken pieces/springs/pins. Looks like the forward edge of the teeth are worn out in the locker allowing easy disengagement and racheting.

2 years and 3 months in a trail rig only and worn out .

That doesn't sound too bad considering the way that thing was clacking yesterday. At least it wasn't the R&P!

It was pretty damn noisy yesterday ...........after yesterday, I was surprised I was able to drive it back onto the trailer lol.

Still haven't figured out my winch yet. Just clicks in/out with no motor engagement.

Finally touched the EB, took the winch motor apart and the brushes are FRIED. Started to take the carrier out of the front diff but realized I left the hub socket for the nuts at work .

New motor, cheap enough. I already put 4 new solenoids on right before the brushes/motor quit.

Pull the carrier and take a closer look at the lock right. I may swap it left to right. It only "slips" under load on the left side forward right now. If I swap it then it would only slip on the right side reverse under load. I may take my grinder to that side of the gear and maybe take a little material off the smoothed edge and see what happens.
